Britney Spears showed off her fit physique while performing at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards.
Britney grooved on the stage in a body-hugging yellow sequined leotard while singing “Make Me,” the first single off her ninth studio album, Glory.
The previous day, Britney posted several Instagram photos of herself enjoying a leisurely breakfast at Sarabeth’s restaurant in New York.
“Breakfast at #Sarabeths!” Spears wrote on Instagram. “So happy to be back in the Big Apple!
Britney’s weight loss secrets are a low carb diet, yoga workouts and cardio exercise, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
The mom of two loves to eat and hates dieting and counting calories. Fortunately, she enjoys working out, saying it helps ease her anxiety and depression.
Yoga promotes natural weight loss, reduces stress, and prevents depression, said Tara Stiles, author of Yoga Cures.
